Welcome home to the Retreat at the Timbers (STR #6031)! Minutes from the center of town and within walking distance of Lake Estes. Breathtaking views of Prospect Mountain, Twin Sisters Peak and the Continental Divide and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome is perfect for your vacation needs! Lots of room to spread out with two living rooms and fireplaces. The deck is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the scenery and cook dinner on the grill!
Good to know
The upstairs master bedroom suite has a king-sized memory foam bed, double vanity sinks and a full tub/shower. The ground-level has two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full jack-n-jill bathroom with heated floors. The second bedroom features an adjustable memory foam mattress. The two living rooms are equipped with fireplaces so you can cozy up next to the fire and enjoy your hot chocolate. Enjoy the back deck with stunning views of the mountain tops along with a retractable awning that provides some shade in the summertime. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the second floor, offering great views while you cook. The townhome is equipped with a separate gaming area with cards and board games, and also includes a two car attached garage.
Other Details to Note
We will provide a travel size kit for each bathroom that will include shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. If you think that might not be enough for the duration of your stay, please bring additional items or visit our local grocery store. Coffee and tea are provided during your stay. The dumpster is located West of the townhome, next to the parking area. Recycling is not available.

Find us
Estes Park has a wonderful full-time FREE trolley in the Summer/Fall! It will take you all around town. There is a trolley brochure in the kitchen drawer, and the nearest pick up spot is at the Estes Park Lodge (blue line). Pretty convenient, huh?
